Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and ENTRYKEY LTD for the EntryKey software application, which includes the iOS app, any associated media, and this website ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Important: By using EntryKey, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
License Grant
ENTRYKEY LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the Software — install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial, demonstration purposes only.
- Explore demo features — interact with the bundled demonstration content, including the demo account, events, rewards, and dining data.
This license does not grant you any rights to use the Software in a production environment, for commercial gain, or in connection with real gaming or wagering activities.
License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or any part of it.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, branding, or legal disclaimers in the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization.
- Distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software to any third party.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the Software.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. ENTRYKEY LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the trademarks, trade names, or service marks of ENTRYKEY LTD.
- ENTRYKEY LTD owns: all software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, animations, text, and other content in the application.
- You own: your physical device; no user-generated content is created or stored by the app beyond local preferences.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software stores only local preference data on your device (pass format selection, onboarding completion state, demo session state) and does not transmit any personal data to any server. No analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs are included.
No Real Gambling or Financial Transactions
EntryKey is a demonstration product. It does not enable real wagering, real financial transactions, real point accrual, or real reward redemption of any kind. Any reference to points, rewards, tiers, or loyalty benefits within the app is for demonstration purposes only and has no monetary or real-world value.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRYKEY LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTRYKEY LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
Updates and Modifications
ENTRYKEY LTD may provide updates or modifications to the Software from time to time. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ENTRYKEY LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
