Privacy-First Design
EntryKey is built with your privacy as a core principle. The app is a demonstration product that stores a minimal amount of data locally on your device and transmits no personal information to any server.
1. What the App Stores Locally
EntryKey uses your device's local storage (via shared_preferences) to remember the following preferences between sessions:
- Whether onboarding has been completed.
- Your selected pass format (QR, barcode, or both).
- Demo session state (whether you have completed the demo login flow).
- Event RSVPs and reward redemptions made within the demonstration.
This data lives entirely on your device and is never transmitted to ENTRYKEY LTD or any third party. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
2. No Personal Data Collected by the App
EntryKey does not request, store, or transmit any personal information — including your name, location, device identifiers, financial details, or biometric data. The demo account credentials (test@casinomtentrykey.com / 888demo) are hardcoded in the application and are not transmitted over any network.
3. No Internet Required by the App
The application works without an internet connection. All content — events, rewards, menus, concierge prompts, and local guide articles — is bundled locally. The app does not send or receive data and does not track or monitor your in-app behaviour.
4. No Third-Party SDKs or Analytics in the App
EntryKey does not include analytics platforms, crash-reporting SDKs, advertising networks, or any other third-party service that could collect data about you. There are no third-party cookies or trackers within the app.

The companion website may use strictly necessary cookies to ensure correct navigation and form operation. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page-view counts) to understand how visitors use the site. See our Cookie Policy for full details. 6. Age Requirement
EntryKey is associated with Casino de Mont-Tremblant, an 18+ venue. The app is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Although no personal data is transmitted, we are committed to a privacy-focused experience. Local preferences stored on your device are protected by your device's own security mechanisms (iOS Secure Enclave, passcode, and Face ID / Touch ID).
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected in the app store listing and on this page, with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app or website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
